How it works
From the free grade to launch in about three weeks.
No discovery workshop, no forty-page questionnaire. You run the grader, we talk for twenty minutes, and the draft is on your phone inside two weeks.
Week 2 · Draft, revision 2
The timeline
About three weeks, and you will know where it is the whole way.
Most builds run on this schedule. A bigger service area adds days, not weeks.
-
Day 1
The grade, then a call
You run the free grader and read the report. If you want to talk, we spend twenty minutes on the phone about your trade, your towns, and what the current site is costing you. You get a quote in writing that day.
-
Week 1
Photos, reviews, and your voice
We pull every usable photo from your own pages, read every review you have, and write the pages the way you talk. You see the copy before anything is designed.
-
Week 2
The draft
A working site on a private link, on your phone and on a laptop. Two rounds of changes are built in, and most people use one.
-
Week 3
QA and launch
Speed, accessibility and every link checked, the local business schema added to every page, and the site goes live on the platform. Your old site stays up until the minute the new one is ready.
-
Monthly
The re-scan
On the first of the month the grader runs again and you get a written note on what moved. Changes you need are made for you, usually the same day.
What we need from you
Less than you think.
Four things, and only the first one takes any time
- Twenty minutes on a call about your trade and the towns you actually drive to
- Access to your Google Business Profile, so we can fix what is wrong on it
- Your logo files if you have them. If you do not, we work from what is on your truck
- Permission to pull the photos already on your Facebook or Instagram
The difference
Most platforms hand you a template with your logo on it.
Flip between the two and count the tells. Anyone can spot them once they know what to look for.
- 1A button that says "Get Started" and nothing about what starts.
- 2A headline that could belong to a plumber, a dentist, or a law firm.
- 3A stock photo of someone who has never worked for you.
- 4Three identical boxes because the template had three slots.
- 1A headline that names the service and the city in the first line.
- 2Photos of your actual crew and trucks, pulled from your own pages.
- 3A tap-to-call bar that stays on screen the whole way down.
- 4Real reviews, with your replies, dated and recent.
Step one takes sixty seconds.
Run the grader. It costs nothing and it is where every build starts.
