Why it matters
Stop renting leads that get sold to as many as eight contractors at once.
Lead marketplaces sell the same homeowner to three to eight contractors at once, then charge every one of them. A site you own works the other way around. It brings in people who were looking for you, and it keeps them yours.
Buying leads
- $16 to $150 per lead, paid whether you close it or not
- Shared with 3 to 8 contractors at the same time
- 8 to 20% close rate on shared leads
- Annual contracts on the big platforms, with early-exit fees
- The customer relationship belongs to the platform
Owning your site
- Leads that searched for you, and only you
- 25 to 35% close rate on exclusive leads
- Every call, text, and form lands in your inbox
- Month to month. Cancel any time.
- You own the files. Leave with them if you ever want to.
- 85%of callers who can't reach a business the first time never call back
- 62 to 75%of those callers phone a competitor instead
- 93%of people read reviews before choosing a local service business
The lead costs, close rates, and figures above are industry research on home-service businesses, not our own numbers. We'd rather show you the real ones for your business.
What changes
With Tavnio, you get more calls, more towns, more repeat work.
Four things the platform does once the site is live. Each one is a line on the invoice you can switch off, not a bundle you have to take whole.
Rank, then answer
The search ends in a call. The call gets answered even when you cannot.
A page for the job and the town, a tap-to-call bar that never leaves the screen, and a text back within a minute when the call goes to voicemail.
- Searched"roofer near me", from a truck, on a phone
- CalledOne tap from the page. No form, no scrolling for a number.
- BookedMissed it? A text goes back while you are still on the roof.
One page per town
Show up in every town you drive to, not only the one on your truck.
A written page for each service area, with the work you did there and the roads you know. Not a list of town names at the bottom of the homepage.

Ask every time
Every finished job asks for a review, and every review gets a reply.
The request goes out by text the day after the job, in your name. New reviews get a reply within a day and show on your site, so the proof keeps growing without you touching it.
- Job marked done
- wait 1 day
- Review request sent by text
- New review comes in
- within a day
- Reply posted, in your words
- Shows on your site
Seasonal reminders
Last year's customers hear from you before they go looking.
A reminder text when their season comes around, with a link to book. It is the cheapest job you will ever win, because they already know you.
- Spring start-up done, March
- wait until October
- Winterization reminder sent
- Booked again, same customer
- wait until March
- Spring start-up, already on the calendar
Recent work
Three builds, three trades, no template between them.
Every one of these is live right now. Open them and look for a shared layout, because there isn't one.
-
Mahalic and Sons
A 42-page site for a family lawn-care crew in Caddo Mills. Their own job photos, a page for every town they drive to, and a client hub with service history.
-
Rockwall Garage Door
A shop that has been in Rockwall since 1995 and still answers the phone. Two locations, two numbers, and before-and-after sliders of their own installs.
-
Glam Medspa
A medical aesthetics practice that needed to read as a clinic, not a spa. Serif display face, a pearl gradient built in CSS, and financing surfaced before price.
Every screenshot is the real site, captured top to bottom. Hover one to scroll it, or see all our work.
The wall
Sixteen builds. No two look alike.
Three are live on the client's own domain. The rest are concept builds, made to show a business what it could have. Every tile is a real page captured at phone width, and every one opens. The live three, in full.
Industries
Built for the trades that get called.
A roofer's site and a lawn crew's site have different jobs to do. Pick your trade to see what a good one needs.
The platform
One build. Then a plan that keeps it earning.
The site is the start. The monthly plan is what keeps it fast, found, and answering the phone.
- A drafted website Designed by a person from your photos, your reviews and the towns you work. No template underneath. One-time build
- Hosting and monitoring Edge hosting, a monthly re-scan by the grader, and a written note on what moved. Monthly plan
- Local SEO Google Business Profile, citations and review velocity, reported by town every month. Add-on
- Automations Missed-call text-back, review requests, reminders and quote follow-up, each one switchable. Add-on
How it works
From search to launch in four steps.
-
Type your business name. The grader pulls your real Google listing, your reviews, and your nearest competitors. Sixty seconds. No signup.
-
A dollar figure, a competitor leaderboard, and the three fixes that matter most, in plain English.
-
Two to three weeks. Photos from your own pages, copy in your voice, a design nobody else in your town is using.
-
Your site goes live on our platform. Every month the grader re-scans it and we tell you exactly what moved.
Free website grader
See exactly what your site is costing you.
Three real data sources, one honest number. It's the same report we use to scope every build, and it's free because it should be.
- 3real data sources: your Google listing, your site, your competitors
- 60sfrom search to full report
- $0and no phone number required to see your results
What it checks
- Mobile speed, measured with Google's own tools
- SSL and whether browsers flag your site as not secure
- Whether you show up for the towns you serve
- Listing accuracy: name, address, phone, hours
- Review count, recency, and whether anyone replies
- Where you rank against the businesses nearest you
Pricing
Start monthly. The build is quoted once we see your business.
The monthly plan is the number you live with, so it is the number we publish. The build depends on how many towns and trades you cover.

Questions
The ones we get on every first call.
What happens after I run the grader?
You see the report on screen. That is the whole transaction. There is no email gate, no phone number field, and nobody calls you because you looked. If you want to talk after reading it, the report has a link, and that is the only way a conversation starts.
Is there a contract?
The build is a one-time fee. The monthly plan is month to month with no minimum term.
Do you use AI to build the sites?
We use software to move fast on the repetitive parts. The design, the photos, and the words are chosen by a person, and every photo on your site is yours, pulled from your own pages. No stock, no generated images.
