Questions
The ones we get on every first call, and a few we should.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, the report from the grader has a link, and that is the fastest way to reach a person.
Getting started
Before you talk to anyone.
What happens after I run the grader?
You see the report on screen. That is the whole transaction. There is no email gate, no phone number field, and nobody calls you because you looked. If you want to talk after reading it, the report has a link, and that is the only way a conversation starts.
What if the grader says my site is fine?
Then it says so and you have saved yourself a redesign. The score is calculated the same way for everyone, and we would rather tell you to keep what you have than sell you a build you do not need.
I already have a site. Can you fix it instead of replacing it?
Run it through the grader first. If the bones are good, we say so. Most of the sites we see are faster to redraw than to patch, and we'll show you why with the report in hand.
Where are you based?
Dallas-Fort Worth. We build for service businesses across North Texas first, and work remotely beyond it.
The build
What the three weeks look like.
How long does a build take?
Two to three weeks for most sites. Large multi-town builds run longer, and we tell you the date before we start.
What do you need from me?
Twenty minutes on a call, access to your Google Business Profile, your logo files if you have them, and permission to pull the photos already on your own pages. That is the whole list. The rest is our job.
Do you use AI to build the sites?
We use software to move fast on the repetitive parts. The design, the photos, and the words are chosen by a person, and every photo on your site is yours, pulled from your own pages. No stock, no generated images.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The files are yours. If you ever leave the monthly plan, you take them with you.
Money
What it costs and what it does not.
Why is the build price not listed?
Because the work is not one size. A one-trade shop in one town needs six pages. A crew covering eight towns in two languages needs three times that. Publishing a single number would be wrong for almost everyone, so we quote after the free grade, when we can see the trade, the towns, and what already exists.
Do I have to take the monthly plan?
The monthly plan is what keeps the site hosted, monitored and re-scanned, so yes for anything we host. It is month to month with no contract, and if you leave, the site files are yours to take.
Are there payment plans on the build?
Yes, on every build. We split it across the project rather than asking for the whole number up front.
What is not included?
Local SEO and automations are add-ons, priced separately and turned off whenever you want. They are line items on the invoice, not something folded into a bundle you cannot see.
Is there a contract?
The build is a one-time fee. The monthly plan is month to month with no minimum term.
After launch
Living with it.
Can I edit the site myself?
You do not have to. Changes are part of the monthly plan: send the new phone number, the new photo or the new price and it is live the same day, usually within the hour. There is no page builder to learn, because there is no page builder.
What does the monthly re-scan check?
Mobile speed with Google's own tools, where you rank for your services in each town you serve, whether your name, address and phone match across your listings, and your review count, recency and replies. You get one written summary a month, whether anything moved or not.
What happens if I leave?
You take the site with you. The plan is month to month, the files are yours, and we hand them over and help point your domain wherever it is going next. Nobody is held hostage over a website.
